Deon Basson has a long history in numerous roles IT, both in South Africa and overseas. His passion for sales led him to establish a consultancy training organisation in the skill.

Deon’s skill at negotiation led him to be asked to assist organisations experiencing internal conflict. He has subsequently addressed this problem repeatedly, including cases where the conflict could only be resolved through dismissal.

In this episode we discuss why organisations get into these situations, and what they can do to solve them without calling in outside assistance.
