The South African Law Reform Commission has issued a paper: the Review of the Law of Evidence, in which they ask for comment on the law pertaining to digital evidence.

Helaine couldn't let that go by without gathering some associates around to discuss the issue.

Heine was joined by Antonio Pooe, Mario Fazekas and Pria Chetty, specialists respectively in forensics, fraud and law.

The panel first considers digital law in general, then turns their attention to this paper in particular.
